- Ensure the Regional Sales target. Develop, monitor, and complete the business strategy to achieve the target.

- Monitor and evaluate the progress of the sales team's goal implementation on a daily/weekly basis and prepare solutions for issues.

- Distributor system management: manage to expand Distributors, promote sales activities of distributors and sales team, and fulfill business targets.

- Maintaining contact with all customers to create brand and display advantages.

- Other tasks as requested by the manager 


Male, from 23 age.

University degree in Business Administration, and Communication.

- Experience in Area Sales Manager position in the FMCG industry.

- Knowledge of the DMS system, and good at office computers is required.

- Strong leadership skills, and skills in team building, management, and development.


- Insurance according to the regulations of the State, 24/24 health insurance, and others.
