On June 20th 2013, Interfood Shareholdings Company (herein after referred to INTERFOOD) signed contract with Ho Chi Minh city Youth Union to implement recycling programs “Recycle together to bring clean water to children in the remote areas”. This is one of INTERFOOD’s annual activities towards to the community.
“Recycle together to bring clean water to children in the remote areas” is the recycling activity which recycles all of used cans/ bottles to receive a profit to contribute a fund for Youth activities. Among of Youth activities is specially using this fund to build a clean water system for schools at remote areas and other environmental libraries at high schools.
In this campaign, when customer brings used INTERFOOD cans/ bottles – belongs to KIRIN and WONDERFARM brand – to the collecting places will donate 150 VND for the program fund. Especially, INTERFOOD also provides 20.000 free cans of Winter Melon for first coming customers, and the winning chances of 14.000 eco bags, 7.000 rain coats. This program is organized by the support of Social Support Center – Ho Chi Minh city Youth Union from July 1st to September 22nd 2013.
With the opinion to provide “health and happiness: through its products, INTERFOOD hopes that this Recycle campaign will bring clean water to children in remote areas and bring a lots of joyful, happy smiles and healthy for them.
Mr. Le Quoc Phong – secretary of the Youth Union and Mr. Michio Nagabayashi – general director of INTERFOOD signed a memorandum of sponsor at a ceremony.

- From 1 – 6th July: Collecting recycle items week at 14 locations: in district 1,3,4,5, 6,7,8,10, Bình Thạnh, Phú Nhuận, Thủ Đức, Gò Vấp, Bình Tân, Youth social support center.
- From 12 – 18th August: “2013 volunteer week” for the environment.
- 22nd September: “Clean up the world” at Youth Cultural House.
