Job Description:
- Ensures regional sales targets. Develop, monitor, and execute business strategies to achieve regional sales goals.
- Develops and implements sales and market development plans: Creates and executes sales and market development plans to achieve sales targets.
- Hires, trains, manages, and evaluates the performance of a team of sales representatives.
- Manages distributor network: Collaborates to expand the distributor network, drives sales performance of distributors and sales teams, and achieves business goals.
- Conducts market analysis, gathers competitive intelligence, and recommends market development solutions.
- Prepares periodic reports on sales performance, market conditions, and recommends improvement initiatives.
- Other related tasks: Performs other related tasks as assigned.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in sales and channel management.
- Proven leadership and management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong market analysis and competitive intelligence skills.
- High level of responsibility and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
