Territory Development Manager - Tay Ninh

Job Description:

  • Ensures regional sales targets. Develop, monitor, and execute business strategies to achieve regional sales goals.
  • Develops and implements sales and market development plans: Creates and executes sales and market development plans to achieve sales targets.
  • Hires, trains, manages, and evaluates the performance of a team of sales representatives.
  • Manages distributor network: Collaborates to expand the distributor network, drives sales performance of distributors and sales teams, and achieves business goals.
  • Conducts market analysis, gathers competitive intelligence, and recommends market development solutions.
  • Prepares periodic reports on sales performance, market conditions, and recommends improvement initiatives. 
  • Other related tasks: Performs other related tasks as assigned.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in sales and channel management.
  • Proven leadership and management skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong market analysis and competitive intelligence skills.
  • High level of responsibility and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
